Shipping:

Shipping within Canada will take between 10 - 14 days and are shipped through Canada Post using Expresspost service.  International orders are shipped using UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL, depending on the size and weight of your order.  We will always look for the most economical method of shipping while taking time considerations into account.  Please note that when ordering display materials that there may be additional charges due to size and weight of that particular display. Occasionally some items may require a longer period in production.  Items will be backordered unless notified otherwise.  Items that are backordered will be sent when they become available and sent with no charge for shipping unless they are being sent with a new order. (Some conditions apply). 

Payment Terms - Wholesale Orders:

Credit Cards:  We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.  Upon receiving your order you will be contacted by our staff to provide a card number, name and security code.  Once your order is compiled and ready to ship we will charge your credit card at that time.  You are required to pay for only the goods being shipped, plus applicable taxes and shipping charges.  Any items that are backordered will remain on backorder until they become available and will be charged to you only at the time of shipping.  You never prepay for goods that you have not received.

C.O.D's:  This option is only available in Canada is not available to first time customers.  All first time orders must pay through a valid credit card using the instructions listed above.  If C.O.D. option is cleared through our credit department there is a $7.50 charge over and above any shipping cost. This applies to any C.O.D. order including backorders.

Payment Terms - Retail Orders:

We accept Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment.

Upon processing your order, items will be shipped through Canada Post. After Inked pillow packs will be sent through regular mail service. Bottles of After Inked will be sent with Expedited delivery service.

Please ensure that your mailing address is correct. If any items are returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply.

All sales are deemed 'final sale".

Returns

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

You contact us within 2 days of receiving After Inked. The item is defective or damaged. The item received is incorrect.

If you have to make a return, please email us explaining your reasons for why you would like to return the item.  Once we respond and agree that it is a legitimate return, you may then mail it back to us, along with the original invoice and a copy of the email (no exchanges without this) saying it is OK to return this item to:

No credits of refunds will be issued.  The item will be replaced with a new one and shipped back to you immediately.
